# RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Cedarmen Couture, we want you to be confident when shopping with us. If something isn't quite right with your order, please review our returns and refund policy below.
## 1. Returns
If you change your mind about an online purchase, you have the right to notify us that you wish to cancel your order within **14 days of receiving your goods**.
Once you have notified us of your decision to cancel, you must return the item(s) to us within a further **14 days**.

## 2. Condition of Returned Items
Customers are entitled to inspect and try on garments as they reasonably would in a physical store.
We ask that returned items are handled carefully and, where possible, returned in their original condition with the original tags and packaging.
Items should not be worn beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect or try them on.
We reserve the right, where permitted by law, to make an appropriate deduction from a refund where the value of an item has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit.
Examples may include garments that have been worn for an extended period, damaged, washed, altered or returned with marks, stains, strong odours or other signs of use beyond reasonable inspection.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
## 3. Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item to Cedarmen Couture, provided we informed you of this obligation before purchase.
We strongly recommend using a tracked postal or courier service and retaining proof of postage until your refund has been completed.
If an item is **faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described**, please contact us before returning it. Where required by law, Cedarmen Couture will cover reasonable return costs.
## 4. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process the applicable refund.
Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will issue the refund within **14 days of receiving the returned goods or, where applicable, receiving evidence that you have sent the goods back**, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in your account.
## 5. Original Delivery Charges
Where you cancel an eligible online order under your statutory cancellation rights, we will refund the price paid for the returned goods together with the applicable **standard delivery charge**.
If you selected an enhanced or premium delivery service, such as express or next-day delivery, we are not required to refund the additional amount above our standard delivery charge.
## 6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Every Cedarmen Couture order should arrive in the condition expected.
If you receive an item that is:

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your rights under UK consumer law.
Your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods are separate from our change-of-mind returns process and are not restricted by this policy.
## 7. Exchanges

If direct exchanges are not available and you would like another size or colour, you may return the eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order, subject to availability.
## 8. Sale and Promotional Items
Unless a specific legal exception applies, items purchased during a sale or promotional period are subject to the same statutory consumer rights as full-price items.
A reduced price does not remove your legal rights where an item is faulty or where statutory cancellation rights apply to an online purchase.
## 9. Personalised or Custom-Made Items
Certain goods made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the standard change-of-mind cancellation right where permitted by law.
Where an item falls within such an exception, this will be made clear before purchase.
This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
## 10. Cancelling an Order Before Dispatch

If an order is returned to us because delivery was refused or the parcel was not collected, please contact us so that we can review the order and arrange the appropriate next steps.
Any deductions or additional delivery charges will only be applied where permitted by law and where the customer has been properly informed of the applicable costs.

Nothing in this Returns & Refund Policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you have under applicable UK consumer law, including the **Consumer Rights Act 2015** and the **Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013**.
